Join Natalie of Rx: Yoga for an all levels yoga class focusing on injury prevention for this weekend of hiking, biking, and paddling! This class will be a fantastic warm up for the weekend. Postures will help to improve flexibility and identify strength imbalances in the low back and leg muscles as well as open up the chest wall and shoulders.
Please bring your own mat and a beach towel (for the morning dew).
