Kid's Guide to RTA
A number of family-friendly events are a part of the Rivers, Trails and Ales Festival! Here's your guide to events you can participate in with your kids!
Kids must be accompanied by an adult. Helmets must be worn for all bike activities. A free helmet fitting & giveaway will happen during the kids bike rodeo on Saturday.
Kick off #RTAFest weekend at Gunlock Park by hitting the pump track, dirt jumps, and beginner trails before heading over to the 2019 RTA Kick Off Party at Marietta Brewing Co.!
Come meet up with other festival goers and make plans for the upcoming days! Marietta Brewing Co. will start the weekend off by tapping their signature RTA brew: Rock Drop Single Hop Session Ale.
Get out and enjoy the great outdoors with this beginner friendly self-led hike for adults and children. While out on the trail, you will have the opportunity to see different local flora, wildlife, and small gnomes that like having their picture taken with the kiddos. See if you can find them all!
Provided by Hidden Marietta Tour Co., follow the info to track down historic trivia throughout Marietta. Return your answer sheet by Saturday at 6:00 p.m. to be entered for prizes!
Join other casual cyclists on a historic bike tour around downtown city streets including Harmar Village. 5+ miles with lots of stops.
Meet at the festival HQ at 2 p.m. with your bikes and helmets. Fun, free, and all ages welcome!
